The Royal Wellness & Spa is open from Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
Weekdays: 07h00 – 21h00
Weekend: 09h00 – 18h00
Is the Royal Wellness & Spa open to residents only?
The Royal Wellness & Spa is open to the general public.
How many days prior should I book the spa?
All booking requests are subject to confirmation from the Spa and should be made at least 24hrs in advance.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least three hours’ notice out of consideration for other customers.

What are the accepted mode of payments?
We accept cash, debit, credit, and bank transfers as forms of payment.
Are gift vouchers available?
At the reception, you may purchase six-month gift vouchers that can be used to treat the receiver to a special spa experience. Once you arrive for your appointment, you should present the original gift voucher to the spa reception.
Are fidelity cards available?
Regular clients can benefit from our one-year fidelity card. Each time you visit and pay for a gift certificate, your card will be stamped (excluding promotion, products, package, and free treatment).
