Spa Etiquette
With the help of these guidelines and tips, you'll be able to make the most of your time at our day spas, while ensuring a hassle-free experience.
PUNCTUALITY
We ask that all Spa guests arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of their scheduled treatment time. Arriving late for your pre-booked treatment may require us to shorten your treatment time accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed.
CANCELLATION
By courtesy towards other clients and our therapists, should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least a 3-hour notice, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service reserved.
SPA ATTIRE
Before each treatment, taking a shower is advised for your comfort. You will receive a robe and slippers from us. To safeguard your modesty, disposable undergarments are one option. We suggest leaving your jewelry in your locker for your own peace of mind.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Lockers are available for your personal belongings. For your peace of mind, we advise you to leave your jewellery in your locker. The Management or staff are not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
